Support Group Therapy

I provide supportive and empathetic therapeutic group services to help individuals navigate through challenges and strengthen their support.

...but I'm not your average psychotherapist.

What sets me apart as a therapist is my unwavering dedication to supporting individuals and families in their journey towards healing. By specializing in helping individuals overcome eating disorders, trauma, postpartum or women's challenges, I bring extensive experience and expertise to my practice. Drawing on EMDR, inclusive trainings, and other therapeutic techniques, I provide a safe and compassionate environment where clients can courageously address their deepest wounds, develop resilience, and ultimately find lasting peace and growth.

Take the first step

01

We'll start with a 15 minute
consultation call

We'll schedule a time that works best for you to briefly discuss your situation and desired outcome, to see if my approach aligns with you.

02

The next part is what's really the exciting stuff

Once a match, we would discuss logistics and receive consent for therapeutic treatment to schedule your initial session.

03

Celebrate because you
took the first step

Sometimes the hardest part is working up the courage to get the process started, but you did it. The rest  will all be worth it.
